Charm Diamond Centres in Ontario is seeking a dynamic Manage in Training to join our team. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver an extraordinary personal shopping experience to our customers.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience and a proven track record in sales, with jewelry retail exposure. You will set goals, supervise schedules, and motivate your team to meet store targets while providing outstanding service.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
