Charm Diamond Centres in Timmins, Ontario is hiring a Manager in Training to develop and lead a high-performing retail team. You will coach sales associates, drive service standards, and help shape visual displays to create memorable shopping experiences.

• Handle minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning
• Participate in and facilitate our customized training programs
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
