Job summary

Charm Diamond Centres is seeking a dynamic Manager in Training to join our team in Canada. You will coach and develop a team of sales associates, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive store performance through effective leadership and strategic scheduling.

The ideal candidate brings prior management experience, a proven sales record, and a passion for building a positive work culture. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required for success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
