CJ Ltd in Canada is seeking a dynamic Manager in Training to lead a team at our jewellery retail stores. This role focuses on coaching sales associates, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings prior management experience, a track record of sales excellence, and the ability to foster a positive team culture. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service. A solid track record of successful sales and some retail management with a jewellery background would be considered an asset.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coach, train, and develop a team of sales associates

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
