CJ Limited, the Charm Diamond Centres brand, is seeking a dynamic Manage in Training to lead a sales team in Canada’s jewellery retail sector. The role focuses on coaching, developing staff, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in retail jewellery, a passion for developing people, and a track record of achieving performance goals in a sales-driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
