POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Manager HR Digital Solutions is responsible for shaping human resource’s technology roadmap in collaboration with Information Management & Technology (IM&T), identifying efficiencies, and aligning technology initiatives with business needs. He/she/they facilitate partnerships with Human Resources leaders, oversees digital solutions deployment, and ensures optimal performance and security of technology systems. The role manages people data analytics strategies, stays updated on emerging technologies, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the Branch.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate will have the following:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Considerable experience in business analysis (requirements and solutions design), HRMS process modelling and implementation, people analytics, reporting design and development, plus a minimum of five years experience in financial application and reporting systems design, development, testing, implementation and data management (analysis and modelling). Project management experience as a project manager of a defined project following the standard Project Life Cycle, and experience in process mapping and process re-engineering projects (including data and reporting analysis).
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience in HR technology strategy and implementation, including implementation of a human resources management system.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills with HR and IT teams.
  • Expertise in business and data analysis, technical solutions, and system enhancements.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with emerging HR technologies and trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
