POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Manager HR Digital Solutions is responsible for shaping human resource’s technology roadmap in collaboration with Information Management & Technology (IM&T), identifying efficiencies, and aligning technology initiatives with business needs. He/she/they facilitate partnerships with Human Resources leaders, oversees digital solutions deployment, and ensures optimal performance and security of technology systems. The role manages people data analytics strategies, stays updated on emerging technologies, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the Branch.
