Purpose of RoleReporting to Director, Corporate Communications, the Manager, Communications provides expertise and supports the communications department in a broad range of activities including: communications planning and strategy; internal communications and planning and execution of employee communications strategy; website and social media; issues management; drafting of media releases and supporting documentation including issuing on the wire; communication activities in connection with quarterly earnings releases and other corporate announcements; speech writing; communications support of Sustainability initiatives; special event planning and coordination; and other duties as required.
Job Responsibilities1. Manages effective internal communications

3. Manages corporate communications in delivering statutory reporting requirements
