The Manager, Corporate and Community Giving plays an essential leadership role in cultivating, soliciting and stewarding corporate and foundation donors to build a pipeline in support of FSGV’s financial sustainability. Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centred philosophy of the Agency, the Manager is responsible for developing and managing all activities related to a portfolio of current and prospective corporate and foundation donors. This role will be accountable for building an active portfolio by cultivating relationships with existing donors, identifying new prospects, and implementing strategies to engage and secure commitments of both current and pledged gifts.
Salary: Grade MGS6 - $79,934.40 annually with step progression to $88,634.00
Location: 1638 East Broadway, with the option for a hybrid work schedule
