Incredible opportunity to support Wendy’s growth in the Canada Market by managing new restaurant builds and reimages throughout the entire development cycle, from due diligence and site investigations to design management, procurement, tendering, construction, and post-construction. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to oversee multiple high-profile projects, collaborate with franchisees, build contractors, suppliers, and manage consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English
• Location: Montreal or Quebec

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of new builds and reimages, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
• Conduct site investigations, test fits, and budget planning for capital approval
• Oversee design milestones with Wendy’s design team and manage planning submissions
• Prepare tender packages and manage procurement processes
• Supervise construction, schedule, cost control, utilities upgrades, and supplier management
• Support pipeline development including site reports, budgets, test fits, and schedules
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Assist in developing processes, best practices, and reporting tools

Qualifications
