Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of a construction project: working with subcontractors, maintaining close relations with the client, and monitoring costs and deadlines.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience;
• Strong management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to show initiative and leadership;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project;
• Bid experience on projects is an asset.
