We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with hydroelectric dam project background to join our civil east team in Quebec. This role involves overseeing all site operations, ensuring safety standards, managing project execution, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Driving an inclusive culture to promote equity and career progression.
2. Planning and implementing construction programs, defining project milestones and resource requirements.
3. Ensuring all project personnel are adequately trained.
4. Supporting project deliverables, design reviews, and quality assurance.
