We are seeking a skilled Manager of Business Intelligence & Decision Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using applications such as SQL Server, MS Cubes, and Power BI. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Financial Managers to understand financial processes and incorporate them into our MIS processes. Fluency in Spanish is required, as this position interacts with teams based in Latin America.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
2. Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
3. ETL Processes: Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data loading into the BI system.
4. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business decisions.
5. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs.
6. Performance Optimization: Enhance internal processes for performance and usability.
7. Documentation: Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
8. Training and Support: Provide user training and support on Power BI tools and reports.
9. Data Governance: Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within the BI environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, MIS Analysis Server, Python, VBA.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
• Fluency in Spanish.
