We are seeking a skilled Manager Business Intelligence & Decision Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using applications such as SQL Server, MS Cubes, and Power BI. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Financial Managers to understand financial processes and accounting, ensuring proper integration into our MIS processes. Fluency in Spanish is required, as this position interacts with teams in Latin America.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Creating and maintaining data models for reporting and analytics
• Developing ETL processes for data loading
• Performing data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Optimizing processes for performance and usability
• Documenting BI solutions
• Providing training and support on Power BI tools
• Ensuring data governance and security

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, MIS Analysis Server, Python, VBA
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices
• Fluency in Spanish
