Job summary

Sobeys is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to help oversee daily bakery operations and ensure exceptional customer service, strict food safety standards and strong product quality. The role supports staff supervision, inventory management and production planning to drive sales and profitability.

Applicants should have bakery retail experience, a Journeyman Baker certificate, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends. Post‑secondary credentials are an asset.
