Country Grocer in Cobble Hill is hiring a Full-time Assistant Bakery Manager to lead and inspire a bakery team, coordinate daily operations, and manage ordering and inventory with the Bakery Manager. You’ll train staff, create displays, and drive excellence from the shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have strong bakery background and leadership skills, enjoy early shifts, and be committed to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and weekend availability.

Alongside our Bakery Manager, you'll be responsible for training, placing orders with distributors, creating delicious displays, and guiding your passionate bakery team to excellence every day! If you're a natural-born leader with a "can-dough" attitude, we want to hear from you!

Pay for this Job

Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.00

There's room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
