You will lead daily bakery operations, ensure quality and freshness, manage merchandising, training, and scheduling, while upholding food safety standards and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months bakery/retail experience.
• Strong understanding of bakery operations, including production and merchandising.
