About The Role

EXG THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS LLP is operating an RSC warehouse for storage & handling of Polymers with a leading PSU of India and wants to hire Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Manager will oversee the smooth execution of logistics flows inside the warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient export processes in close collaboration with customer (PSU) to guarantee the seamless dispatch of goods from warehouse.

Key responsibilities include stock management, data maintenance, inventory control, and related analyses. The Warehouse Manager will also manage necessary storage and warehouse conditions, ensuring the proper handling of products as per service level agreement committed with client on behalf of EXG THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS LLP.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics flows to ensure the timely and efficient import of goods in alignment with business and legal requirements.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate inventory management and perform detailed analyses to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Responsible for orders entry in ERP/System to ensure delivery from warehouse centre, must be able to process orders ensuring all SOPs are followed and carried out.
• Maintenance of master data to ensure correct information is reflected on ERP system.
• Handling warehouse operations with basic knowledge of import and export
• Handling manpower suppliers, and reporting team inside the warehouse.
• Responsible for periodic stock count, annual stock take, physical inventory accuracy, inventory reconciliation, document retention, meet compliance requirements related to warehouse & inbound/out-bound operations.
• Managing sweep disposal and booking for loss and shortages.
• Oversee warehouse personnel, reporting to logistics, on all labelling, wrapping, palletization, shipping, and monthly stock audit.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping, 5 S inside warehouse.
• Coordination with transporters for placement and timely release of vehicle from warehouse.
• Timely processing and validating vendor/suppliers’ bills for payments with proper filing of documentation.
• Keeping check and control over warehouse expenses and periodic maintenance.
• Provide daily & monthly MIS for operations and cost.
  
  

Requirements

• Problem Solving – Be able to understand and assist with any issue regarding orders or approvals.
• Proven experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in the Industrial goods or retail sectors with proven track record of people & product P&L management.
• Deep knowledge of Export operations (Customs Clearance) and market information in Export industry
• Strong negotiation skills and have solid experience in dealing with exporters, transporters, Customs house staff members
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade compliance.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex supply chain operations across multiple divisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional teams (business, and logistics).
• Must have prior experience of working on ERP software. SAP or Microsoft exposure preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Able to read and interpret instructions, policy, procedures, and provide guidance to others regarding implementation and application, as well as identify areas of improvement.
