Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program at 3387 Kempt Rd, Halifax, NS. As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn our business from day one and progress toward running your own branch.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package: CAD 52,000 first-year pay, paid time off, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and retirement match. Requirements include 18+, a 4-year degree (BBA/BA/BMgt preferred), six months of related experience, a valid Canadian driver’s license,

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt or BA.
Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, leadership, or customer service.
Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
You’ll learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations and to always put customers first.
