Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in St Johns, NL. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations to prepare you to run a branch.

You’ll complete a four-year degree requirement and gain hands-on mentoring in a structured program designed to promote from within. This entry-level role offers competitive compensation and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by WES/IRCC; preference for business-related degrees.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
