Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent (WES/IRCC) with preference for related fields.
• 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship; this position may not lead to permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop and run your own branch in the long term.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
