Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Medicine Hat. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, customer service, and operations while based at our local branch.

You’ll learn the business from day one and work toward running a future Enterprise branch with guidance and mentoring. Requirements include a 2-year diploma or a bachelor’s degree, 6 months experience in related field, valid Canadian Class 5 license, and legal work authorization in

Qualifications

Must have a 2-year Diploma or a 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred).
Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or related roles.
Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence documentation.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own Enterprise branch.
Participate in the structured program with mentoring, guidance and community engagement.
