Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Cornwall, Ontario. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, and finance.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a clear path to advancement, with a compensation package targeting $54,000 in the first year, plus benefits and a company-sponsored retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2-year College Diploma from a Canadian college or equivalent.
• 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Valid Canadian driver's license with no more than minor infractions in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop the skills to run a branch and lead a team.
• Engage with the community to build relationships and grow the business.
