Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer service – Build product knowledge and learn logistics, customer service, order management, inventory and pricing controls.
• Phase 2: Customer relationships and Procurement – Manage customer service issues, build vendor relationships, and learn to read blueprint drawings for materials quotes.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, selling products, negotiating contracts and expanding the customer base.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and develop leadership competencies.
