Job summary

Placements24 seeks a skilled Management Consultant with a focus on Organizational Development to join their Kimberley practice. Qualifications

  • Master's degree in organizational field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in OD, HR consulting, or similar strategic role.
  • Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues and develop OD interventions.
  • Strong change management and talent management knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current structures to identify improvements.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition, development, retention and succession strategies.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Management Consultant with a focus on Organisational Development to join their practice in Kimberley. This role is integral to helping organizations enhance their effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, talent management, and cultural transformation. You will work with clients to design optimal organizational structures, develop leadership capabilities, and foster positive work environments that support strategic goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of human capital strategies, change management principles, and organizational behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.

Requirements
