The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management with a focus on transformation, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and PMP or change-management certification preferred.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong change management skills and a comprehensive understanding of business process improvement methodologies, contributing to the development of the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic business transformation projects.
