Finning International Inc. seeks a Major Product Support Sales Representative for a hybrid role in Edmonton. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in consulting sales and mechanical systems to foster customer relationships and enhance service offerings. Essential qualifications include over 5 years of experience, strong business acumen, and familiarity with CRM systems. Achieve profitable parts and service revenue in line with corporate and territory targets.
Evaluate customer needs, promote and sell products and services to meet those needs, and provide quality solutions.
Develop and maintain client information and data using Finning (Canada)’s CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) to enable accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence for parts and service revenue targets for the assigned customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish appropriate targets, goals, and objectives aligned with corporate strategy.
Ensure all sales documents and customer agreements are completed consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of consulting sales experience, with a solid understanding of basic selling principles such as prospecting, introducing benefits, call planning, qualifying, handling objections, follow-ups, and closing the sale.
Experience working with customers on maintenance strategies and equipment systems is an asset.
Proven mechanical knowledge.
Previous experience in product sales and service is an asset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using a customer relationship management tool.
An exceptional track record of customer coverage in a large geographic territory.
Proficient in MS Office suite
