We’re now looking for a relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and bring our work to more brands that deserve to be seen and heard.

About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—identifying leads, building relationships, and converting interest into lasting partnerships. You’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and can confidently speak to the value of PR, digital storytelling, and creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads across sectors (lifestyle, health, tech, nonprofit, and more)
• Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with prospective clients
• Collaborate with the strategy team to shape and deliver compelling proposals
• Maintain and track pipeline activity in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
• Represent the agency at virtual or in-person networking events
• Report on lead conversions and sales performance
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients
• Stay informed on trends in media, PR, and social/digital marketing

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or communications (agency background preferred)
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable speaking about brand strategy, PR, and digital media
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing tools
• Experience with CRM systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $30–$40/hr depending on experience
• Commission: 10–20% on new business
