Job summary

Masterfeeds Humboldt is seeking a Maintenance Person to oversee daily warehouse operations and maintain plant equipment in Humboldt, SK. The role includes loading/unloading trucks, performing order fulfillment, and applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot warehouse machinery.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Capable of performing physical job duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling and twisting).
  • Using PPE, must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up.
  • Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Experienced in operating forklifts.
  • Ability to work day/afternoon/nights shift rotation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Using personal protective equipment (PPE), must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (may include: heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up
  • Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • Experienced in operating forklifts
  • Ability to work day/afternoon/nights shift rotation
Preferred
  • Have or working towards millwright ticket
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or agricultural setting
  • Trained in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
