Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Windsor, Nova Scotia

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our research and production equipment running smoothly. If you have hands-on experience and a problem-solving mindset, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and plumbing systems
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on research and production equipment
• Relocate and assemble equipment as needed
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to optimize performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Work shift schedules as required, with shift premiums available

What You Bring to the Team:

• Post-secondary education in a mechanical trade or engineering technician program
• At least three (3) years of maintenance experience in a production facility
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance procedures

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience in a regulated environment (3+ years)
• Red Seal Certification
• Familiarity with computer-based maintenance software
