Overview

We are recruiting a dedicated and professional millwright experienced in the care, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery and related equipment. The role includes facility maintenance, safety repairs, and upgrades, requiring expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting, PLCs, ladder logic, and deductive reasoning.

Duties

1. Install, maintain, and repair CNC and related machinery.
2. Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
3. Perform welding, fabrication, and sheet metal repairs.
4. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
5. Coordinate repairs with production management and team.

Skills

1. Adaptability to changing priorities.
2. Knowledge of electric motors, drives, PLCs, and Fanuc robotics.
3. Install and debug robots for machine loading.
4. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
5. Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE.
6. Work independently and troubleshoot safety circuitry.
7. Maintain two facilities.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Red Seal licensed millwright in Ontario.
2. At least 5 years of related experience.
