Hourly rate of pay: $47.87

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production team.

Job Summary

Build, inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment supporting manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Read mechanical and electrical blueprints, diagrams, instructions, etc.
• Complete records and documentation as required.
• Interface with suppliers and outside support personnel.
• Work safely, demonstrating good workmanship and practices.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Qualification in Industrial Mechanic and Industrial Electrician.
• Level One (Gas Technician GT-1) preferred but not required.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety.
• Knowledge of plant safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs, including above and below shoulder level.
• Basic Computer Skills - MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs [CMMS].
• Ability to troubleshoot various industrial equipment types.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Operate power and hand tools safely.
• Available to work all shifts: weekday days, weekday afternoons, weekend days, or weekend afternoons, as specified.
