Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Calgary seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep of the community's buildings, grounds and amenities, ensuring safety and high standards.

You will diagnose issues, manage the make-ready process, supervise a maintenance team, coordinate vendors, and lead preventative maintenance while delivering responsive, quality service to residents.

Formación

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a residential building maintenance or facilities operations role.
• Proven leadership experience in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and work hands-on with a maintenance team.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and perform maintenance work to meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and interiors.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing within budget.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to maintenance requests.
