Base pay range

CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's Operations Team. This is a critical leadership role, where you’ll be responsible for overseeing site plant operations during your assigned shift and leading various technical and support teams to deliver excellence across safety, quality, service, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge of operations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of electrical and mechanical facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain service standards for both internal and external customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline staff and maintenance teams.
• Conduct audits for SOP compliance and safety observations.
• Share accountability for financial planning within the department.
• Collaborate with department managers to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Lead regulatory and performance reviews.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure all qualifications and safety permits are in place.
