This global leader in tube manufacturing is serving the world's energy sector and, due to recent significant growth, is searching to add the talents of an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Electricians in coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the team follows strict safety rules and regulations. In addition to leading daily repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor's team will reduce the impact of equipment failures that can occur during production and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical OR Mechatronics background and 3+ years of experience leading trades in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with capital projects and the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and supervisory experiences, and someone able to coach and develop their team while also focusing on providing support to Production.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrician/Electrical Trade Certification
• 3+ Years of relevant industry experiences
• Previous Supervisory experiences
• Prior experience within a Heavy Industrial, Unionized Environment.
