At Boral, safety is our top priority. As our Maintenance Supervisor - Concrete, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and compliance of our concrete heavy vehicle fleet according to NHVR accreditation standards. You will oversee all maintenance operations across northern NSW.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance tasks.
2. Managing follow-up work identified by suppliers within your authority limits and verifying completion.
3. Reviewing and prioritizing maintenance requests using internal online systems.
4. Monitoring work quality and reviewing KPIs such as heavy vehicle outages.
5. Collaborating with operations to manage repair costs within budget.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Heavy diesel mechanical trade qualifications/licenses.
• Knowledge of heavy vehicles and NHVR regulations.
• Willingness to travel across northern NSW.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
