Job description

Supervise reliability maintenance employees such as oilers, machinists, vibration technicians (Millwrights).

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issues.
2. Prepare preventive maintenance plans aligned with the mill’s maintenance goals.
3. Implement corrective actions to address identified reliability problems.
4. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failures.
5. Establish overall maintenance goals and develop action plans to achieve them within budget.
6. Evaluate job priorities, plan, and organize maintenance work.
7. Manage maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, and basic care.
8. Oversee shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance activities.
