Civeo Installations Services is seeking a result-driven, customer service-oriented Maintenance Supervisor based at one of Civeo's lodges in the Fort McMurray area. The role oversees maintenance, projects and repair for the lodge and related infrastructure across Alberta Oilsands locations.

You will manage trades, supervisors, and contractors, develop preventive maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and efficiency while maintaining high service quality.

Qualificações

• Certified journeyman in a building maintenance trade or significant related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of JDE or similar Enterprise Software and/or PM scheduling software.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
• Good project management skills to meet deadlines, minimize cost and maximize resources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong focus on safety and protection of property in line with policies and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance and repair projects at lodge facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of lodge infrastructure and site buildings, including machinery, electrical, mechanical, heating and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate activities of trades personnel, machine operators, laborers, administrative staff, facility coordinators and subcontractors.
• Monitor workflow and labor levels; perform capacity planning and ensure competency and training.
• Manage site inventory through a CMMS system; control costs and labor hours.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections to meet standards.
• Read drawings, codes and specs to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet schedules and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain standards for building maintenance and service quality; conduct safety/environmental inspections.

Job Summary:

Civeo Installations Services is recruiting for a result driven, customer service-oriented Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and based at one of Civeo's Lodges in the Fort McMurray area, the incumbent is responsible for overall supervision of maintenance, projects and repair for the Lodge and associated infrastructure at various locations throughout the Alberta Oilsands

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repair projects at the lodge facilities and all other infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, projects, maintenance and repair of the lodge infrastructure and multiple other site buildings, including machinery, equipment, electrical, mechanical, heating and plumbing systems.
• Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of Trades Personnel, Machine Operators, Laborers, Administrative Personnel, Facility Coordinators and Sub-Contractors.
• Monitor workflow and labor levels to identify manpower requirements, which includes capacity planning and ensuring employees have competency levels and training required to perform the job.
• Manage site inventory through a CMMS system.
• Ensure operational cost efficiency and effectiveness by managing labor hours and expenditures.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, including schedules and procedures for maintenance, safety and physical equipment inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, building codes and specifications for existing installations to ensure technical information is current and in compliance with project requirements and legislative standards.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed as scheduled, which includes planning, prioritization, establishing methods to meet work schedules, coordinating work activities with other departments, and meeting the commitments.
• Develop and maintain standards for building maintenance and quality of services.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Other maintenance duties and related administrative duties as required.
• Working knowledge of building BMS programs.

Qualifications:

• Certified journeyman in a building maintenance related trade, or significant related experience.
