Job summary

Woodfibre LNG seeks a Head of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling to lead the end-to-end work management for the LNG facility. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution, establish planning standards, KPI frameworks, and resource-loading strategies.

Qualifications

• Interprovincial journeyperson ticket or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 5 years in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling plus leadership experience.
• Experience implementing CMMS, preferably SAP, in LNG/oil & gas facilities.
• Ability to lead planning, scheduling, and KPI development for complex assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance work management and SAP/CMMS support.
• Lead the implementation of the maintenance CMS System (S/4Hanna).
• Establish SAP work management standards and KPI frameworks.
• Develop site planning and scheduling strategies aligned with asset management.
• Own the health of the maintenance backlog and optimize resource loading.
• Coordinate turnaround and major maintenance events during operations.
• Collaborate with IT, SAP, Reliability Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Mentor planning team and drive continuous improvement in safety and productivity.
