Job summary

Cenovus is seeking a Senior Maintenance Scheduler to optimize safe, reliable asset management by planning preservative and restorative maintenance for the Lloydminster Upgrader and Ethanol Plants.

You will lead routine maintenance scheduling, coordinate outages, and work with multiple departments and service vendors to ensure timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years as a Maintenance Planner, Journeyman Red Seal, and relevant certifications; residency in the Lloydminster area is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Maintenance Planner.
• Journeyman Red Seal certification is required.
• P.Eng or CET designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine non-turnaround maintenance scheduling for the Upgrader complex.
• Lead notification, daily update, and draft meetings, and preparing draft and final schedules.
• Support outage or large job scheduling, coordinating/communicating schedule with the warehouse, and the operations maintenance specialist.
• Communicate, negotiate and work with personnel from many departments and service vendors to maintain Cenovus assets.
