Job summary

Cenovus seeks a Senior Maintenance Scheduler in Lloydminster, Alberta, to lead weekly, six-week, and 90-day look-ahead maintenance scheduling for refinery assets. You will partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Project teams, focusing on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes performance metrics and continuous improvement of MWMP. Candidates should have extensive asset maintenance experience in energy, expertise with SAP/ERP and scheduling tools, and a strong

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a maintenance-related discipline or journeyperson certification.
Experience with asset maintenance, scheduling, and KPI performance in oil & gas.
Knowledge of maintenance strategies, work management processes, planning, scheduling, backlog management.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance scheduling by developing and managing weekly, six-week, and 90-day look-ahead schedules.
Incorporate safety controls and Life Saving Rules into planning and scheduling.
Ensure Safety Critical Element preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and completed.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to prioritize work and minimize interruptions.
Drive reliability by executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and reviewing equipment history.
