Overview:

This role oversees the planning, coordination, and scheduling of operational work tasks related to equipment maintenance. It acts as a liaison between operations and plant support teams for planned and reactive maintenance, management of change, and process optimization activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Developing an integrated maintenance work schedule covering routine, preventive, PDM, and non-emergency repair work orders.
  • Creating maintenance plans and monitoring/scheduling all recurring preventive maintenance activities in the CMMS system (SAP), along with reporting on maintenance KPIs.
  • Implementing asset management and reliability strategies; initiating purchase requisitions for materials, resources, and equipment according to corporate spending policies, and initiating work notifications.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop work schedules for operational staff and reviewing daily failure reports to adjust schedules as needed.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment. Final candidates will undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal record verification.
