Jubilant Radiopharma in Kirkland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support JHS and JDI operations. You will be responsible for reliability of equipment, critical utilities, and facilities within a regulated manufacturing environment, turning maintenance priorities into executable plans.

• College diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
• At least 5 years of maintenance or facility-planning experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CMMS systems; SAP PM knowledge is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of building systems, utilities and maintenance operations.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain an integrated preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory maintenance schedule.
• Turn maintenance needs into execution-ready job plans.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, materials, contractors, permits, and facility access.
• Plan semi-annual, annual, and other scheduled shutdowns.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration requirements using SAP/CMMS and BMRAM.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering, HSE, Security and others.
• Track backlog, schedule compliance, overdue work, and maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate contractors, spare parts, and critical facility activities.

Your scope includes maintenance planning for HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air and gases, water systems, chillers, boilers, building automation systems, and other facility assets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Play an important role in planning semi-annual, annual, and other scheduled shutdowns.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration requirements usingSAP/CMMS and BMRAM.
• Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering, HSE, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Track backlog, schedule compliance, overdue work, and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help coordinate contractors, spare parts, external services, and critical facility activities.

Person Profile

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A college diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, building mechanics, mechanical or electrical engineering technology, facility management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or facility-planning experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving.
• Experience working with CMMS systems; knowledge of SAP PM and BMRAM is a strong asset.
• An understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English.

Experience in pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, chemical, or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
