Jubilant Radiopharma is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and oversee maintenance of facilities, utilities, and equipment in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to optimize reliability. Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, Health Canada, FDA, and EU GMP requirements.
• Experience with SAP, BMRAM, or CMMS.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan daily activities and allocate resources based on priorities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure availability and reliability of critical equipment.
• Lead root cause investigations for major equipment failures.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment qualification, and modernization projects.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory maintenance activities.
• Ensure GMP, HSE, radiation safety, and site procedures compliance.
• Manage maintenance documentation, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit responses.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Validation, Engineering, Logistics, and HSE teams.
• Monitor and improve maintenance performance indicators.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of our facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment. This role plays a critical part in supporting operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan daily activities and allocate resources based on operational priorities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of critical equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause investigations for major equipment failures.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment qualification, and modernization projects.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, steam, water systems, fire protection, and backup power systems.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, radiation safety, and site procedures.
• Manage maintenance documentation, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit responses.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Validation, Engineering, Logistics, and HSE teams.
• Monitor and improve maintenance performance indicators.

Qualifications

• College diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanical engineering technology, building systems, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• License C is considered an asset.
• Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Word, Excel, and SAP.
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, an asset
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings.
• Knowledge of GMP, Health Canada, FDA, and EU GMP requirements.
• Experience with SAP, BMRAM, or a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and industrial utility systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
