Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking an organized Inventory Coordinator to manage maintenance parts inventory and ensure timely availability of materials for the plant. You will leverage SAP for POs, Fiix/CMMS for inventory, and Concur for invoicing, while upholding 5S and accuracy across the parts room.

The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment at our Vaughan, Canada facility.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary certificate or diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience using SAP for PO creation and goods receipts, and Fiix/CMMS for inventory management.
• Strong inventory control skills including receiving, issuing, replenishment, cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the inventory control point; receive items and issue items.
• Champion 5S in the maintenance area.
• Create/process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance parts.
• Close open POs for spare parts and services.
• Maintain inventory records in CMMS.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Submit invoices timely using Concur portal.
• Other duties as assigned.
