Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose, repair and maintain complex machinery in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds, the ability to read schematics and OEM manuals, and hands-on experience with machinery diagnostics. The successful candidate will perform root cause analysis to maximize uptime, work with PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, and operate CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Must have high level of commitment and attention to detail.
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining complex machinery using schematics, blueprints and OEM manuals.
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, test, dismantle and replace defective parts and motors.
• Diagnose machine issues by listening to equipment and communicating with supervisors.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus and components; work with transformers and wiring.
