Job summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at its Canadian facility in Ontario. You will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives while leading a skilled trades team across shifts.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support safety, quality, and continuous improvement objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities across all shifts and respond to downtime.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance to set priorities and support operations.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime and improve reliability.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and CMMS accuracy.
