Job summary

IS2 in Jasper, Alberta is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of a hospitality property, including building, grounds, guest areas, amenities, parking, and staff housing. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate daily tasks, and drive preventative maintenance to keep the property safe and guest-ready.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance or facilities management and 2+ years in supervision, with strong knowledge of building systems and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building systems.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling, documentation, work orders, and basic computer systems.
• Able to read blueprints and technical documents and safely use tools.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety and quality.
• Flexible to work varied shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
• Valid Alberta driver’s licence; Class 4 is an asset.
• Commercial kitchen or pool maintenance experience is an asset.

• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Location: Jasper, AB Pay: $60,000-$72,000/year
