Connecting-Care- is seeking a Casual Maintenance Care Partner to inspect, maintain and repair the community's physical environment. You will handle routine tasks, coordinate with supervisors, and help provide a safe, welcoming space for residents.

Ideal candidates will hold a Grade 12 diploma, have 2+ years of maintenance experience, and be proficient with basic tools. A valid driver’s license and strong safety knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent.
• 2+ years proven maintenance experience.
• Certification in building maintenance is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Conducts daily inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Makes minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Performs painting and drywall repair duties.
• Maintains a daily maintenance log detailing the work performed.
• Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keeps entrances clear and unobstructed and assists with snow removal as required.
