Andrews Senior Care is seeking a maintenance specialist to support our residents and facilities. The role involves performing primary maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safe, reliable operations across our building environments.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality care and hospitality to residents and their families, with flexible hours and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with the ability to operate a company-owned vehicle.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer equipment or materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner during maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Perform ongoing seasonal outdoor maintenance as required.
• Work flexible hours and be on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies.
