What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Project Support: Support equipment commissioning, validation activities, production line trials, and technical drawing updates for tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate contractors, service providers, and suppliers to complete repairs, servicing, and facility work safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate work orders, service histories, inspection logs, labour, parts, costs, and compliance documentation in maintenance systems.

  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare maintenance reports, track KPIs, monitor costs, and share insights that support performance and continuous improvement.
  • Calibration Compliance: Coordinate calibration schedules, certificates, external services, and audit-ready records in line with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain maintenance, calibration, and safety procedures while tracking supplier corrective actions through to resolution.
What You’ll Bring
